1. Return Eligibility
- Returns are accepted within 3 days of purchase/delivery.
- Items must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition with tags intact.
- Returns are applicable only for defective, damaged, or incorrect items received.

- Sale or discounted items
- Worn, altered, or washed garments
- Items without original tags or packaging
3. Return Process
To initiate a return:
- Contact us via phone or email within the return period.
- Share your order details along with images (if applicable).
- Our team will guide you through the return process.
4. Refund Policy
- Refunds will be processed only after the product is inspected and approved.
- Approved refunds will be issued via:
- Original payment method, or
- Store credit (based on discussion)
- Refund processing may take 5–7 business days.
5. Exchange Policy
- Exchanges are subject to product availability.
- You may exchange for a different size or another product of equal value.
- Price differences (if any) must be adjusted accordingly.
6. Damaged or Incorrect Products
If you receive a damaged or wrong item, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery with photos. We will prioritise resolving the issue quickly.
7. Shipping Charges
- Shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable.
- Return shipping may be borne by the customer unless the issue is from our side.
